- Work with newly established boards and staff in setting up appropriate organizational policies and procedures,
- Assist in setting up proven grant-making and grant-management policies and procedures
- Provide insight into the various roles that can be played in addition to that of grant-making
- Provide information on effective practices to employ for impactful community philanthropy
- Impart information on how to be most creative in grant-making and program development with high leverage effect
- Provide Board training on the roles and responsibilities of foundation Board members
