Principal
Louis J. Beccaria Ph.D. (PRINCIPAL)
Professional Expertise:
- Over 50 years working in the fields of Philanthropic Management, Non-Profit Fund Development, Health and Human Services, and Criminal Justice
- Thirty of these fifty years have been spent in leadership experience at three different major foundations: The Pew Charitable Trusts; Stewart Huston Charitable Trust, and the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation
- Well-known and highly respected reputation in philanthropy throughout the greater Delaware Valley area
- Professional contacts nationally in the philanthropic field

Teaching Experience:
- Villanova University - Adjunct professor for several years teaching a course entitled "Fundraising for Non-Profit Organizations" in both the Master's Degree program in Human Service Administration and Public Administration
- Eastern University - Adjunct professor for 16 years in the Master's Degree program for Non-Profit Management
- Association of Fundraising Professionals (Philadelphia Chapter) -in conjunction with Villanova University's Professional Development program, taught a class for over 15 years in "Grant Writing and Foundation Relations"

PA House of Representatives and PA State Senate - April 2012, in recognition of being named Phoenixville’s “Outstanding Citizen of 2012”.

Schuylkill River Heritage Center – October, 2019 – for outstanding service to the Phoenixville community
- Chester County Council on Addictive Diseases (COAD) - recognition for outstanding community service in Chester County
- Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) - the Reverend Leon Sullivan Community Service Award - for outstanding community service in Chester County
- Pennsylvania State Senate - recognition for leadership in developing housing assistance for the mentally ill of the greater Phoenixville area
- Rotary International - District 7450 - for outstanding service to the Rotary Club of Phoenixville
- Coatesville City Council - for contributions in helping energize the city's revitalization efforts
- Chester County Commissioners - recognition for contributions made to improve the quality of life of Coatesville and Chester County in general
