Chester County Council on Addictive Diseases (COAD) - recognition for outstanding community service in Chester County
Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) - the Reverend Leon Sullivan Community Service Award - for outstanding community service on behalf of low-income individuals
Pennsylvania State Senate - recognition for leadership in developing housing assistance for the mentally ill of the Greater Phoenixville area
Rotary International District 7450 - for outstanding service to the Rotary Club of Phoenixville
Coatesville City Council - for contributions made to help energize the city's community re-vitalization efforts
Chester County Commissioners - recognition for contributions made to improve the quality of life of Coatesville and Chester County in general
